When you pass through the gates at Gulf Harbour you are

We are located on a quiet circle overlooking a lake. There are vaulted ceilings throughout the home, granite counter tops, Porcelain Tile throughout the home, 18 sliding glass doors, 1 enclosed fully screened in porch, 2 open porches, a glassed in sunroom lanai, a breakfast bar, a dining area, a laundry room and a ceiling fan in every room. The South facing sunroom lanai is off the living room and master bedroom and looks out to the lake where wildlife abounds. The pool is just a few short steps from the house across the street from our driveway. The mailbox is secured and located in the pool house.
There are numerous sidewalks and beautiful paths throughout the community where you can take walks or bike rides at any time knowing you are within a safe gated community. Gulf Harbour is safe and secure with 24/7 guard monitored gates. In this multi neighborhood community the home owners associations take care of all of the exterior building and landscaping maintenance along with the pool!
